The estate of menswear and fragrance designer Bijan Pakzad, who died in 2011, has sold for $9.8 million, according to the property’s listing agents.
Located in Beverly Hills, the 12,000-square-foot Italianate villa has six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, polished stone columns, a wood-paneled office and elevator. It includes a family room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble-countertop bar, maid’s quarters with a separate entrance and a master suite with a sitting room, fireplace and marble bathroom.
The property includes a garden, a pool, outdoor dining patios and a one-bedroom guesthouse with an attached cabana that has a gas grill and fireplace. There’s also a 5,000-square-foot underground parking structure that can fit more than 20 cars.
